M2 Media Group Names Dave Rock Vice President

Experienced Circulation and Publishing Executive Heads to Leading Agency

Stamford, CT, September 12, 2006 – M2 Media Group announced today that Dave Rock has joined its management team as Vice President. Mr. Rock lends over 14 years of leadership and experience in circulation, publishing and marketing to his new position. "I'm thrilled to be joining one of the fastest growing agencies," said Rock. Most recently, Mr. Rock served as Vice President of Circulation at Ziff Davis Media, where he presided over Electronic Gaming Monthly, Computer Gaming World and Official PlayStation Magazine. Previously he has held several positions with consumer magazine publishers including Times Mirror Magazines, Gruner + Jahr USA Publishing, and Cahners Publishing. During his tenure at Ziff, Dave was a member of the Magazine Directors Advisory Committee and was in the running for a Magazine Director seat on the ABC Board. This year, Folio Magazine named Mr. Rock to its "Top 40 Most Influential People in the Industry."
